Frequently Asked Questions (and Answers!)

1. What exactly do I get when I order a report? Currently there are close to 50 reports and maps to choose from. See the samples to see the exact output from each report. The only difference is that the area on the report is chosen by YOU, the user.
2. How quickly can I get my report or map? 99% of the time, users can access reports within a minute or two of submitting them. If a request has many reports, it may take five to ten minutes to get the data you ordered. You can either leave your window open and download the reports (in PDF or Excel) as soon as they are run, OR, you will get an email with a link to the reports within a couple of minutes indicating that they are ready for download.  If you have your order number you can download your reports, here.
3. When I run a ring study or a drive time report, will I get all of the data for all three areas on one report? YES! For example, you can run 1,3,5 mile rings, 5,10, 15 mile rings or 10,20,30 minute drivetimes and see all of the data on one report (for one price!)  Keep in mind you are not limited to 1, 3, 5... use any numbers you wish.
4. I don't want to run the reports myself, can you do it for me? YES. Just call us at 877-228-3628 and we will take your order and process it as soon as we get it.
5. I can't use a credit card, our company just sends out checks or Purchase Orders, can I still buy demographics from the Catosphere? Yes. Please call us or send us an email, and we'll work out an alternate payment method.
6. How many areas can I run at once? If you need to get data for more than 3 areas at a time, you can create a list of addresses in Excel and save them as a DBF file. Then, you can upload the areas and choose the reports you want. Voila! Your work is done!

8. I don't need reports, I just want to have a spreadsheet with.... Let us create a custom database for you! Many people are looking for data for a particular part of the nation (e.g. ZIP Codes in the NY/NJ/CT area with household income, net worth, presence of children, etc.) or a cross-reference file (ZIP Codes linked to Counties, States, Metropolitan Areas, etc.) These "custom" reports start at just $500 -- so don't hesitate to call or write with your request.
